PROVING YOURSELF TO WHO?

Waking up every morning to a bright new day with a renewed mind should be the essence of life's journey.  Yet, some feel you have a need to prove yourself to everyone else to move about your life daily with ease.  Why?  To see yourself through the eyes of others causes you to miss the mark of your divine purpose and the essence of your own divine greatness.  You were born with the gift of your own individual DNA (Divine Natural Ability), but when you are afraid to live in that expression of who you were born to be, you lose the inner self, that great unique structured soul that was created just for you.  Unleash "YOU" today and began to live from the internal you and flourish externally to blossom and expand your imagination to embrace your multi-talented hues of greatness to answer the calling of your mission.  Your Power Lies Within You - Let It Loose!  By the mere fact that you were born, you are approved.  By You for YOU!

EMBRACING MY CULTURE AND HERITAGE AND ITS IMPORTANCE

I will always embrace my culture and adopt and adapt the wisdom of my wise ancestors. This is the legacy that I passed to my children and I expect them to pass to their children. We have a rich history that is part of our heritage and as we continue to evolve, that history will expand to enrich our lives and help us with clarity and the greatest gift we can give ourselves, which is Freedom, true freedom to know and understand who we are, to love ourselves and others, and to live with joy, peace, happiness and prosperity.

As we continue our life journey, combining our traditional values with our own self-awareness will help and support us in cultivating harmonious, authentic relationships with others to formulate masterminds to get the desires of our heart and influence others in understanding the power within ourselves to open our internal universe to envision how the external universe gives us what we want and the beauty of life.  When we understand with Courage, Confidence, and Commitment, we can  move beyond all fears and take Action with Vision, Hope, Faith and Knowledge to embrace our culture and use that  valuable wisdom and history to unlock the doors to a successful future as we soar limitless to possibilities beyond our own imagination. Your Power Lies Within You - Let It Loose!  Have a fantastic day and continue to be fruitful. LOVE  and  LIVE!

PERSPECTIVE: MY CHILDHOOD CHURCH EXPERIENCE GROWING UP IN THE BLACK CHURCH IN THE BIBLE BELT SOUTH

This has amazed me since I was a child when I went to church practically every Sunday. As I got older, still a child, we would sit in the back and laugh as benches were turned over, congregation members shouting all over the little small church we attended, in which to us at the time was big, just as we saw our little house as bigger than what I see it today. Now, fast forward, now 63, I understand why this was happening, because this was an expression of oppression that we had practically no control over, nor the know how to move ourselves to freedom. Now, when I see this happening, I am still amazed that here we are in the 21st century still doing the same thing with the same pivotal results. I know we are a rhythmic people with unique gifts and talents, but I never felt the need to exert my God energy in this manner. By the time I was 12, I knew this type of expression was not how I would express my spirituality. I believe it was because I saw the poverty around me, in my own house and I knew early on that something was gravely wrong with anyone struggling regardless of color when it was taught that God is Love. Now as an intuitive person, I believe in the Bible, but I always saw it differently than most in my circle and still do for the most part. I saw the Bible used to benefit some, while a disadvantage to the masses who relied upon it as their sole salvation the way we were conditioned to believe to continue the slave mentality and entrapment, yet in the black community I saw more poverty than anywhere else but we appeared to be the most religious people I had ever witnessed. Note I said religious because I separate Religionality from Spirituality, in which I believe Religionality and Politics to be the most divisive two establishments known to mankind.  When I read other self-help, self-development and empowerment books, I see biblical overtones in all, many that quote scripture to aid in understanding how to get what you want.  In reading the entire Bible, I now see the benefit of this book when used properly to empower and it says everyone should live in abundance, not just the few who lord it over and many pastors while many in their congregations are struggling just to make ends meet. Poverty is one of the major sources of despair and disease. Shouldn't the shepherd ensure his flock is well taken care of to reap the best and most fruitful harvest?  If that is not happening, instead of exerting your energy in this manner, why not question why you are struggling and get answers that make common sense instead of keep giving and praying. We have been giving and praying for hundreds of years, yet the poorest group collectively in America compared to the time we have been in this country. That is alarming and we must look internally for answers and use our God given brilliance to realize our power, which lies within and it is over due to let it loose. I believe in God and the power of prayer, but I also believe in ACTION and being my brothers and sisters keepers and assisting in sharpening their tools as others assist me to sharpen my tools to take control of my life and take personal responsibility for my life. YOUR POWER LIES WITHIN YOU - LET IT LOOSE!  LOVE and LIVE!

SPIRITUALITY AND RELIGIONALITY - THERE IS A DIFFERENCE

From the moment we are born, we began to explore and learn, but it is our environment, our social conditioning, and our own DNA (Divine Natural Ability) that develops the person that we become.  As we evolve with time, maturity, experience, exposure, mentors, education, etc., many of us began to become consciously aware that we are not who we think we are.  Then some of us become over-zealous and want to shelve our newly found awareness down someone else’s throat overnight and expect them to be receptive to what we know to be our truth and expect it to become their truth.  I was not born to convert anyone to my thinking or convert anyone to become me.

What I was born for is to influence others by giving them food for thought and options and to become a mastermind along with other masterminds to help catapult anyone who wishes to listen and become insightful based on their own experiences to become consciously aware of those options and on their own cognizance change their behavior and/or thinking to get what they want out of life, thus learning that self-love brings about true freedom and true freedom allows one to love others.  When you elevate someone else, you also elevate yourself and that greatness that you were born with continues to expand beyond what you imagined and success just pours into your life.  This is what it means to have your cup running over in abundance in which all of us were born to live in abundance; this is how we become harmoniously connected, developing meaningful relationships, thus having the knowledge, understanding, wisdom, discernment and the fruit of the spirit (love, peace, joy, meekness, gentleness, faith, goodness, long-suffering, and self-control) with the greatest being love.

The Bible is not the destroyer because it is only a book that is filled with a wealth of knowledge, even though it was written by man; it is people who are the destroyers because we continue to look externally, rather than internally to heal ourselves, when the answer is within each of us and until we accept that as a fact, we will continue to self-destruct and continue to devour each other.  Your Power Lies Within You - Let It Loose!

SCHOOLS TO EDUCATE VS PRISONS TO DEGRADATE IN AMERICA

What does this tell us about our educational system here in America?  I am sure if you check other states, you may find some startling statistics as well.  This is no surprise because the prison system is "big business", just like the pharmaceutical business.  Parents where are YOU and why are we allowing our government (Politics) and Politicians to blindside us while our children suffer from lack of knowledge.  This is shameful and we wonder why people don't vote?  Does our vote really matter?  Until we step out of our comfort zone and go deep within ourselves and become the leaders we were born to be as the masses, this will continue to happen.  Who are you investing in?  Your Power Lies Within You - Let It Loose!  Just a little short story to inspire you!  I have a Bachelor's degree that I don't talk about much because there are probably as many educated fools as there are uneducated fools and I say that with the utmost respect to those that worked hard to get a college education like I did and learn the theory which is what I learned in college.  I value my college education and it has helped me tremendously because when I utilize the theory with my common sense,  and experience, it has carried me a long way.  But, my real education has come through my life experience, influence from others, mentors and the wisdom that comes from knowledge through the aforementioned and my own intuitive questioning and researching things that I didn't understand.   I have mentioned numerous times on my radio show AIMED 2 Purpose - The Radio Show that I was deathly ill in the early 2000s and had no clue at first that it was something at my job that caused my illness.  Having never been sick in my life and in my early 50s, I was devastated when I found out how ill I was and what had caused my illness.  To add insult to my injury, the battle with my then employer was almost unbearable, even with an attorney.  Then in 2011, I was saddled with the battle of my life when I had to become an attorney-in-fact and do more battle with my retirement board.  This was a 7 year battle that laid dormant for about 3 years when I did some deep soul searching and praying as to whether I wanted to do battle with lawyers who had gone to law school to become attorneys when I had gone to school to become a social worker in 4 years compared to their additional years it takes and the bar exam to become a practicing attorney.  Upon prayerful days and nights and solid soul-searching, I was guided to take them on.  It wasn’t easy and I had many sleepless, agonizing, painful days and nights when I wanted to quit because of researching how to put on a case, briefs, write arguments, etc., all the things that trained attorneys do.  But, one thing for sure, I was not a quitter, and I would tell myself every day, I have more time than money and I can sleep when I am dead and they (my ex-employer and the retirement board) will not kill me.  I would also tell myself quitters never win, and winners never quit.  I would also tell myself that I know more about how my ex-employer operates than any attorney that I could not afford to hire knew.  I attempted to hire an attorney when I was first denied, but didn’t have the resources to afford one, so I just decided to give up.  Then after 3 years of the case lying dormant, I had 21 days to make a decision or my case would die forever.  That is when I decided to consider getting an attorney again, only to find out the ante was upped by 3 to 5 thousand dollars in just 3 years, which once again, I didn’t have the resources because the upfront cost was only a retainer fee of $10,000 and the total cost would have been thousands more by the time the case ended.  I learned more about resilience and put my 3 Cs (courage, confidence, and commitment) into action, even when I was so tired, I could have laid down and slept for days, but I knew I had to finish what I started and without a doubt I believed in me and the power of God, that voice that guided me to the finish line and I won on July 2, 2014.  The 9 Board member reversed a decision of the presiding referee after 3 appearances to orally argue my case after all the written briefs and sleepless night, perseverance and the courage to stand up for what I believed in paid off.  What I saw and went through allowed me to see first-hand what it is like for many in our society who are fearful and afraid to take a stand for justice when you feel you lack the know how?  You must go within yourself and you will amaze yourself how much power you have and how deep that power runs within your soul.  Your Power Lies Within You – Let It Loose.  In spite of the educational system, we must educate ourselves and realize our power within because just because they build prisons don’t mean that you have to occupy them.  It is up to you to make that decision.  I am grateful that I have lived to tell my story that I will share in an upcoming book that will be released, but I am not sure as I am still writing and editing this book and 2 others.  Stay fruitful and you will see the rewards.

COMMENTARY ON THE 5 WORST STATES FOR BLACK PEOPLE:

I am not a bit surprised that these are not southern states. Born in Louisiana, I was amazed when I came to California in 1969 at 18 how some of my black peers thought that we lived practically in slavery, while they believed they were privileged by the mere fact they were either born in California or migrated to California at an early age with their parents. What an awakening for me as I became a Californian and saw how some of them  were living in delusion and didn't even realize it. Having lived in both worlds, I was able to discern and see the difference, even at my young age. Also, when these statistics are given, I also look at the numbers in terms of population of blacks in the states as there are fewer blacks living in these states, thus there is certainly the possibility that these statistics maybe somewhat skewed. One thing to remember is that no matter where you live, "Your Power Lies Within You - Let It Loose!"  You have the greatness within to create your own destiny!

The 5 Worst States for Black People

Surprisingly, most of the places on our list are not in the racially regressive South.

Posted: Nov. 6 2014 3:00 AM

 5.5k

Progress, the story of black America.

We started from the most bottom of bottoms (not having personhood) and worked our way up to the age of Obama, where we are leaps and bounds better than we were (hey, we have personhood now!) but are still struggling to make it to the middle, let alone to the top, of society’s heap. A lot of things are working against us, and a lot of it boils down to where we live.

Let’s face it. Some places are worse to be black in than others, and I’m not just talking historically racial quagmires like Mississippi. Racism and a weakened social safety net know no region. Wisconsin, Ohio and others have their bad points, which go beyond their lack of NBA championships.

Taking into account stats on education, health, incarceration rate, economics and general misery, these are some of the worst states for black people.

Wisconsin

So bad it should get ranked twice, the state of Wisconsin incarcerates black people at the highest rate in the country—13 percent. Within the state, 49 percent of black men under 30 have already been incarcerated, mostly because of its mandatory-minimum-sentencing drug laws, overall hostility toward drug users (prison is often preferred over treatment) and “driving while poor,” aka having a suspended license because of unpaid fines. Other problems with Wisconsin include its punitive voter-ID law, which disproportionately affects African Americans, and its education of black kids—boy, is it bad at education.

The Annie E. Casey Foundation put out a report this year ranking Wisconsin as the worst place to raise black children. (It beat out Mississippi, which was the second-worst place.) The foundation gave Wisconsin a score of 238 out of 1,000 for “its ability to prepare black children for educational and financial success.” The national average score was 345, with Hawaii receiving the highest score, 583. Adding insult to injury, Wisconsin was ranked 10th overall in preparing white children for success.

And its largest city, Milwaukee, is among the most segregated cities in the United States.

Ohio

Thank goodness they have LeBron, because Ohio is having a rough time otherwise. The Buckeye State is home to the second-highest infant mortality rate in the country. The median black household income is a horrid $26,039 (pdf), compared with $45,400 for white Ohioans. (The national median income for black households is not awesome but better than Ohio at $33,321.) Cleveland ranks in the top 10 most segregated cites. Ohio is also No. 6 on the list of worst places to raise black children. Oh, and the voter suppression: Ohio has run into myriad voting snafus affecting the black vote, going back to the re-election of George W. Bush in 2004.

Michigan
Michigan gets on the list for being the third-worst state in which to raise black children; the home of Detroit, America’s No. 1 most segregated city; and for having the highest black unemployment rate in the nation, which clocks in at 16.7 percent. (Michigan’s white unemployment rate is only 5.8 percent.) To go with that miserable rate, Michigan also has the lowest rate of approval (23 percent) for jobless benefits.

Iowa

If you’re black and into marijuana, avoid Iowa. The state arrests blacks at a rate eight times higher than whites for marijuana possession, despite the rate of drug usage between blacks and whites being about the same. For years, Iowa also held the title for locking up black people at a higher rate than any other state (it recently lost that crown to Wisconsin). While other states have large prison populations, what makes Iowa stand out is that it’s a relatively small state with a small population. In fact, its black population is only about 3 percent. Adding insult to injury, the poverty rate among African Americans in Iowa is 31 percent, compared with 11 percent for white Iowans.

Mississippi

As the second-worst place to raise a black child in America, Mississippi has a lot of other issues to go with that dishonor. It has the unfortunate distinction of having the highest infant mortality rate in the country—nearly 10 deaths for every 1,000 births, beating out also-high neighbors Louisiana and Alabama. But why is it so high? Probably because the numbers are heavily skewed by the black birth mortality rate, which is 13.8 per 1,000 births, with 40 percent of all infants in Mississippi being born to black women. One of the poorest states in the nation, Mississippi also has a high black unemployment rate (13.9 percent) and the worst unemployment benefits (a paltry average of $194 per week).

CNN INTERVIEW WITH MIA LOVE ON WINNING A CONGRESSIONAL SEAT IN THE 2014 ELECTION

"... Bring balance back to government..." Mia Love - Congratulations to Ms. Love and I wish her the best, however there has never been balance in government since the founding of our country starting with the first president. Unfortunately, things have escalated to a boiling point, which began under false pretense and hypocrisy. Until all men are free, no man is free and no democracy can exist in our country as long as there is the fallacy that we have a democratic society - We will continue to self-destruct.   Sadly, after hundreds of years, we act like Ms. Love's election is something to be gloating in when slaves were supposedly free hundreds of years ago and here we are in 2014 as a country having to make it a "big deal" when black people didn't just now become intelligent enough to win an election in Utah or anywhere else.  With true equality and freedom, this would not be a "big deal" but an ordinary event. The masses can restructure our country.  My Perspective as to why people didn't vote.  Perhaps they feel they have nothing to vote for, except to go within themselves and vote to be the best they can be by investing in themselves and just a thought:  Perhaps if the whole nation just sat out 2016 and allow the politicians to continue to warm their seats and while we the masses continue to invest in ourselves connecting in love and masterminding to quietly restructure the country by becoming true to ourselves and gain true freedom and only trade with entrepreneurs who genuinely have our country's best interest at heart, which are mostly the small businesses struggling to survive while we invest in big corporations that have more money than they know what to do with. How many yachts, houses, planes, cars, can one park a butt in for any given time? They give away enough clothes to Goodwill, Salvation Armies and other used outlets so that you never have to buy new clothes, appliances, cars, etc.  Just start recycling everything and take your clothes to the cleaners (small neighborhood business) your appliance repairman (small neighborhood business) your car repairs (small neighborhood business), home school your children, some will get a better education and you save on clothes, gas, food and they can eat healthier. Change your eating habits and lifestyles to get healthier and stop making Big Pharma (Pharmaceuticals) richer. Stop wasting your hard earned money on entities that use you to get richer, while you struggle to just survive and that includes the religious institutions. Just think about it; why are so many Christians struggling right along with everybody else while they give their hard earned money to these institutions because they are made to feel guilty. God is in you just like he is in your clergy, so why are you poor and the clergy isn't?  Shouldn't you be as successful as your leader or mastermind if you are truly connecting?  And how long does it take for you to hear the same thing over and over and you are still at a standstill with little to no progress? How are you living vs. how are they living?  Do you question anything or just continue to be conditioned to be what someone else tells you, you should be or will you be what you were born to be and use your own GPS (God Power System) coupled with your own DNA (Divine Natural Ability)  that you were born with. God did not make anyone greater than YOU and when you recognize how great you are and use the fruit of the spirit to catapult you to your highest calling; you can live in joy, peace, happiness, and prosperity which is why the universe is so big. There is enough to go around, but the GREED gets in the way and many just throw their hands up and give up. Never, ever give up on your dream.  Just a brief story, Born a poor black girl circa early 1950’s in the South, I could have given up  - single parent home, welfare, etc., but none of that deterred my dreams, thus I am where I am today, retired from one career at 55, just as I planned at 22 and living and doing more than I envisioned.  As long as I breathe and can move with grace and greatness, I will never retire. Life is a beautiful journey, errors and omissions and everything else. So start your "Brain Power" today, shift some gears and GO!  Never allow an election to deter or defer your dreams. These people are just "seat warmers" getting richer at the people's expense and we the masses are allowing it because instead of looking internally, we continue to look externally. And just think about it, America was founded on false pretense starting with the 1st president, because until all men are free, no man is free. Laws on top of existing laws that nobody reads or enforce is part of the massive problem. Politics is like religion, in practice for years with worse results - I think that is the problem, we have practiced too long.  When is rehearsal over and when can we sing a solid song of praise with less flaws?  Your Power Lies Within You - Let It Loose! By the way, I voted because too many died for a right we should have had from the founding of this country which is part of the false pretense and hypocrisy.

Mia Love became the first black Republican woman elected to Congress Tuesday night when she won a race for Utah's 4th District.

"Many of the naysayers out there said that Utah would never elect a black, Republican, [Mormon] woman to Congress," she told a crowd in Salt Lake City during her victory speech. "Not only did we do it, we were the first to do it.”

The historic moment, distilled into a succinct cable-news ready soundbite, was the perfect way for CNN to open their interview with Love on Wednesday morning.

Top of Form

Bottom of Form

Then it all broke down, as CNN hosts John Berman and Michaela Periera asked Love for advice on increasing minority representation in the GOP, and Love spent the rest of the interview distancing herself from what she seemed to perceive was a suggestion that race or gender factored into her win.

Here's the conversation, as transcribed by Real Clear Politics:

Berman: You are the first black, Republican woman to be elected to the House of Representatives. So two questions, what took so long? And what do you think needs to happen? What do you think needs to happen for more perhaps minorities to be elected by the Republican Party?

Love: Well, first of all, I think what we need to mention here is this has nothing do with race. Understand that Utahans have made a statement that they're not interested in dividing Americans based on race or gender, that they want to make sure that they are electing people who are honest and who are -- who have integrity, who could be able to go out and actually make sure that we represent the values that they hold dear.

And that's really what made history here. It's that race, gender, had nothing to do with it. Principles had everything to do with it, and Utah values had everything to do with it. And so that's the history that we made here.

Pereira: I want to challenge you on one point, though. Because there will be those that will say not so much dividing on the basis of race but just making sure that everybody has a seat at the table, a fair shot at getting a seat at the table.

Love: Again, you have to understand, I -- Saratoga Springs, there are very few black members -- black residents there. I wasn't elected because of the color of my skin. I wasn't elected because of my gender. I was elected because of the solutions that I put at the table because I promised I would run a positive issues-oriented campaign and that's what resonated.

VOTERS IN CALIFORNIA OVERWHELMINGLY APPROVED PROP 47 - NOW WHAT?

Commentary on this Email that I received from Color of Change.org:  My Perspective:  I saw some scolding done on Facebook directed at people who didn’t vote, in which according to statistical data were mostly blacks and Hispanics.  I wrote a commentary about why I think many didn’t vote.  Think about it people and awaken while you are passing sentence and judgment, something we are excellent at in America, on people who didn’t vote.  I voted and I give my reason for voting which I explained in the commentary which I will include in this blog post, but it is not for the reason that you may think.  When I received this email, every reason I gave as to people, particularly minorities who basically didn’t vote probably thought and the bottom line is:  NOBODY BELIEVES THEIR VOTE COUNTS and this email proves their point.  Why do we need an organization that is asking citizens to give them more money to “make” lawmakers enforce laws that voters pass.  I voted for prop 47 because it is a waste of taxpayer’s hard earned money to spend and keep prisons in “big business” for those who are already rich, while our educational system suffers and our kids are getting one of the worst educations in most of the civilized nations.  Most students come out of high school and don’t even know what a FICA score is; they don’t know how to create a resume to get a job, fill out an application to get a job;  they don’t know how to interview to get a job; they don’t know how to create a budget, let alone balance a budget, most importantly, they don’t know how to READ, or do simple mathematics and many can’t write or spell.  Guess what people, many of these children are inner city and poor rural children who aren’t getting it at home either, because their parents are also stuck in the conditioning and brainwashing of our America, bamboozled by our government and the powers that be to keep the wars going on everything (drugs, obesity, crime, cancer, etc.) and all of these things have gotten worse since the 19th Century and continue to escalate, except what wars should be on, EDUCATION and SELF-EMPOWERNMENT.  Didn’t you see how the middle class has almost disappeared right before your face.  I was born in the 20th century in the early 50s, so I am not speaking from theory, but from what I have witnessed and it hasn’t mattered who was president and it hasn’t mattered since the 1st president; that would be George Washington because our country was founded on false pretense and hypocrisy because until all men are free, no man is free and we will continue to self-destruct in chaos, while continuing to devour each other.

Here is my commentary as to why I think minorities didn’t vote and this is merely my perspective only. Stop wasting your hard earned money on entities that use you to get richer, while you struggle to just survive and that includes the religious institutions. Just think about it; why are so many Christians struggling right along with everybody else while they give their hard earned money to these institutions because they are made to feel guilty. God is in you just like he is in your clergy, so why are you poor and the clergy isn't?  Shouldn't you be as successful as your leader or mastermind if you are truly connecting?  And how long does it take for you to hear the same thing over and over and you are still at a standstill with little to no progress? God did not make anyone greater than YOU and when you recognize how great you are and use the fruit of the spirit (love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and self-control)  to catapult you to your highest calling; you can live in joy, peace, happiness, and prosperity which is why the universe is so big. There is enough to go around, but the GREED gets in the way and many just throw their hands up and give up. Voters overwhelmingly approved Prop 47 and positioned California as a nationwide leader in sentencing reform!

Help us make sure these powerful reforms are fully realized during the implementation process:

Dear Louise,
Congratulations! On a tough election day, you and millions of other Californians did something incredible. Voters overwhelmingly approved the Prop 47 ballot initiative and gave Black Californians a fighting chance to interrupt the vicious cycle of addiction and mental-health related incarceration. Voters have changed the course of decades of misguided, incarceration-only policies, which have destabilized Black families and drained valuable resources from Black and brown communities.
But there’s one big problem: many of the same lawmakers who have lacked the political courage to end the state's four-decade long mass incarceration crisis are now responsible for implementing the reforms and allocating Prop 47 resources. While we celebrate this incredible victory, we must continue to organize or else lawmakers could dismantle our historic reforms during the implementation process and upcoming budget negotiations. We've worked too long and too hard to let that happen.
Currently, California spends $62,396 per prisoner annually, while only spending $9,200 per student. The state has built 22 new prisons in the past 30 years, and only one public university.2 Now that voters have approved Prop 47 and reformed the broken sentencing laws, fewer people will be sent to prison, meaning that the state will have no reason to continue its prison building addiction. By pushing the state toward alternatives to mass incarceration there may come a day when the state builds 22 new schools, instead of 22 new prisons. But that's a long way off and we’ll need your support to get there.
With Prop 47, the possibilities in front of us are endless. Now that the state is no longer focused on overcharging and filling costly and dangerous prisons with low-level non-violent Black and brown folks, finite state resources can be spent where they’re most needed: to fully fund education and interrupt the vicious cycle of recidivism.
Thank you for showing up to the polls this past Tuesday and taking reform into your own hands! Now this hard work and sustained organizing must continue. Prop 47 reforms and resources will be rolled out over the course of the next 5 years,3 and we’ll need lots of support from members like you to sustain this powerful movement and to push back against lawmakers who seek to defy the will of voters by working to restore the state’s failed mass incarceration agenda.
Thanks and peace,
— Matt, Rashad, Arisha, Jamar and the rest of the ColorOfChange.org team

WHO ARE YOU? ARE YOU AIMED TO PURPOSE?

It saddens me every time I read articles where someone takes the life of another.  It appears to be happening more frequently than any of us can imagine? – Senseless  Killings of innocent people.   How many wake-up calls do we need for our country to take action and help mankind to return to "LOVE"?  We have a multitude of problems in our country, yet it appears so many are blindsided to the magnitude of the crisis that exists.  As I have stated before, it all boils down to one word "GREED".  Collectively, we must awaken to a realization that we share the journey of this evolution of "LIFE".  We can survive, but only when we understand how each one of us is connected and must assist each other in “sharpening our tools” to live in genuine Joy and Prosperity. Transformation starts with each one of us accepting responsibility and accountability to be the change we want to see in the world.  Will you make a decision to start today to open your heart to "LOVE" and align your mind with your emotions to be that "CHANGE"?  Your Power Lies Within You - Let It Loose! ®  Get AIMED 2 PURPOSE® to live a wholesome and harmonious life and know who you are!  When you look in the mirror - Who do you really see?  Make this a day of brilliant light that illuminates from within and allow it to flow outside with angelic halos of courage and confidence to know that you are making a positive impact in the world. www.louisehicks.biz
